Community Planning
Members of the JGA
team will meet
with local
established organizations and groups to define issues. A
steering committee is formed to address concerns,
vision, character, zoning, land use, housing and public
facility needs.
Facility Planning
A planning committee provides local knowledge and an overview of the project. If needed, inspections can
be done to determine
physical deficiencies or safety
concerns within the existing structure. to find solutions. Forums or town meetings and workshops are arranged so that users can reach an agreement regarding the best use of available funds.
This process allows opportunity for consensus on behalf of everyone concerned. The final outcome is provided in a recommendations report
Successful planning is facilitated through group and community participation. We take your dreams seriously and assist in launching your vision for the future. JGA employs a proven process to discover concerns, coordinate consensus and ensure continuity. Critical components of our method are active stakeholder participation and plan ownership.
